Info Sapiens, in cooperation with the NGO Resource Center, is conducting a survey as part of a research project on the localization of humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
The goal is to identify key achievements and challenges and to provide recommendations to strengthen cooperation between local, national, and international organizations.
