Exploring links between psychosocial wellbeing and humanitarian shelter support in Ukraine

Over the past year Medair, in collaboration with the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom, launched a study in the territorial community of Balakliia (Kharkiv Oblast) to investigate the effects of humanitarian shelter support programmes on the lives of Ukrainians whose houses have been damaged due to the ongoing war.

The study is now public and can be shared to provide evidence to humanitarian actors on ways in which shelter programmes can contribute to improving people’s psychosocial well-being.
