Ukraine Humanitarian Analysis Bootcamp

We are pleased to invite you for the Ukraine Humanitarian Analysis Bootcamp, a self-paced online course designed to equip humanitarians in Ukraine with essential skills to conduct high-quality analysis and evidence-based decision-making.

Course details: 

  • Duration: 6 weeks, 8 September-17 October 2025.
  • Format: online, self-paced, with optional live sessions and an optional 1-day in-person workshop during the week of 13 October (location to be announced later). 
  • Language: English and Ukrainian. 
  • Application deadline: 25 August 2025. 
  • Cost: the training is free. Participants must cover their own accommodation and transportation costs for the optional in-person workshop. 
  • Certification: participants who complete the full course will receive a certificate of completion. 

What can you expect? This course features self-paced modules, group work, peer learning, and live sessions with a qualified trainer. It uses real-life scenarios, gamified methods, videos, and interactive facilitation. 

Who should attend? Humanitarian staff in Ukraine aiming to enhance their analytical skills, especially country directors, program staff, security officers, analysts, and MEAL officers from CSOs, INGOs, and UN agencies, including those in frontline locations.

What will you learn?  Understand the role of humanitarian analysis and how to enhance its impact.  Explore analysis essentials: planning, tools, and communicating results.  Develop skills to recognize and avoid biases as a humanitarian analyst.  Apply knowledge through exercises, case studies, and activities.  Receive facilitator support and network with peers in a learning community.
